HIS DVI to VGA Adapter on 6800 Series

Recently HIS has received a few comments from the public about the way using DVI to VGA adapter on HIS 6800 Series. Please note that the DVI to VGA adapter can only be connected through Dual-link DVI-I output (the bottom DVI port shown on the below photos). If you misconceive your DVI ports or graphics cards are faulty, please try to re-connect the adapter from Dual-link DVI-I to monitors before processing RMA.
